Welcome to Hoylake School of Dance!

Our large independent school specialises in all aspects of classical and modern theatre training. Whilst offering the traditional core theatre subjects we are first to introduce the more up to date non traditional styles as well. Many of our former students have gone onto Professional Musical Theatre courses after leaving school and continue to work professionally in the industry.

Our school currently offers classes in traditional forms of dance Classical Ballet (RAD), Modern & Tap (IDTA). Other styles such as Contemporary, Freestyle, Commercial Irish Dance, Hip Hop & Street Dance are also offered. We have a good range of ladies evening classes on offer also. We have our Ballet Babes programme for the under 3's also.

We also boast a thriving Drama (LAMDA) and Singing section. We welcome children from 9 months upwards to come along and experience a class at our friendly and professional school. Please enquire for spaces using our contact page!

Kind Regards

Clare Calder - Principal

I'm sure you've spotted it - it's pretty obvious! On the classes division for the show there's two lists for Sunday Evening. The 2nd on with all the ballet grades obviously should read Monday Evening - starting with Wicked, then Grade 1. It's also obvious when you book tickets on the Foral website as Sunday evening show title is Tap, Jazz and Contemporary etc!! Whoops!!
