Welcome to Hoylake School of Dance!
Our large independent school specialises in all aspects of classical and modern theatre training. Whilst offering the traditional core theatre subjects we are first to introduce the more up to date non traditional styles as well. Many of our former students have gone onto Professional Musical Theatre courses after leaving school and continue to work professionally in the industry.
Our school currently offers classes in traditional forms of dance Classical Ballet (RAD), Modern & Tap (IDTA). Other styles such as Contemporary, Freestyle, Commercial Irish Dance, Hip Hop & Street Dance are also offered. We have a good range of ladies evening classes on offer also.
We also boast a thriving Drama (LAMDA) and Singing section. We welcome children from aged 3 upwards to come along and experience a class at our friendly and professional school.

Natalie Brennan has successfully auditioned for a place at the Italia Conti Theatre School in London for September 2012.

Julia Carlile, Emi & Sasha Taylor, Jennifer & Jamie Wong all successfully auditioned for the professional production of the King & I to be staged at the Liverpool Empire in May 2012.
20 children performed in the professional production of Cinderella at the Stiwt Theatre, Wrexham during the Christmas season.

22 children from the school performed at the Royal Albert Hall in the first ever Dance Proms. Nikita Baron selected from 2000 applicants to train at the New York City Ballet for 5 weeks in Summer 2012. She has also secured a final audition for Elmhurst School for Dance in Birmingham for entry September 2012.
Jamie Reecejones, Mollie, Tom & Poppy Leadsom all performing in Bugsy with LHK Productions. Zara Phillips, Alice & Julia Carlile appeared with Mickey Finn & Margie Clarke at St Helen's Theatre Royal.

Nathan Pearce (12) has been offered a part in the professional production of "Oliver" and will perform at the Manchester Palace Theatre early 2012. Under 14 Team secured 4th place out of 17 acts in "That's Showbusiness" in Northern Heat of the competition. Won adjudicatiors choice for Siamsa Irish also, will attend Grand Final in January.

Rebecca Lamb & Charlotte Moore were offered scholarships to work with professionals the Jennifer Ellison Fame Academy. Rebecca was asked back the following two weekends as a guest for the showcase. Annie Winstanley performed in the professional production of Her Benny at the Floral Pavilion. Several of our pupils performed in West Side Story at the Liverpool Empire.

Nikita Baron offered a 2nd year as a Mid-Associate of the Royal Ballet School. 22 pupils selected to perform in the professional production of Cinderella at the Stiwt Theatre, Wrexham with LHK Productions over Christmas.
